신청방법:
www.ssa.gov/myaccount 로 접속합니다.
“Create an Account”를 누르셔서 다음 페이지로 넘어갑니다.

“Create an Account”를 다시 한번 눌러주셔서 신청을 진행하시면 됩니다.

계정을 생성할 때, 우편 대신 온라인 통지 수신 옵션을 선택하시면 더 빠르고 안전하게 안내를 받을 수 있습니다. 이 옵션을 선택하면 연간 생활비 조정(COLA) 혜택 금액 및 세금 관련 서류를 우편보다 최대 3주 더 빨리 받아보실 수 있습니다.

Request a replacement Social Security card

Click “Create an Account” to proceed to the next page
