대부분의 경우: 현재 거주하는 주가 아니라, 근무했던 주에서 신청해야 합니다. 현재 거주하는 주와 근무했던 주가 다르거나, 재택근무(원격근무) 를 했다면, 거주지 주의 실업보험 사무소에 연락하여 다른 주에 청구하는 방법에 대한 도움을 받을 수 있습니다.
온라인신청: https://unemployment.labor.ny.gov/en-US/login 에 접속하여 요구하는 신청자료를 준비하고 반납해야 합니다. 계정이 없으신 분들은 계정을 만드셔야 하며, 영어가 능통하지 않는 분들은 KMAC 한민족비전센터에서 신청지원을 돕습니다.

How to apply for unemployment benefits
